Dr. Pruner and assistant at time of wisdom extraction were great, and appointment was quick and straightforward. However, stay vigilant of billing. I was owed back money because they required me to pay same day and insurance ended up covering more than what I had paid, but they never informed me. Shady that I wouldn't have known had I not reached out for an itemized bill (for something else 4 months later), which I had to call their office for because no email response for 2 weeks. The check came in the mail with postage stamped for one week after the phone call, but the check was dated for two months prior to the date. Disappointing conclusion to an otherwise fine experience, hope the check clears.

The staff here are friendly, helpful and considerate. Even the welcome email gave detailed parking directions which can be super confusing in the building. Not only were they able to get me in last minute from a same day referral for tooth pain, but they were able to extract my tooth that day, saving me from a weekend of pain. The space was clean and I felt very well cared for.

Dr. Pruner and his team are exceptional! I knew my son was in good hands here and I would go back if needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a skilled oral surgeon that truly cares about his patients.

As a person that has really bad dental anxiety, i wasn't over joyed when my dentist (Dr. Amanda) recommended extraction of a wisdom tooth. Truthfully i did not see my dentist for a couple of months just to get myself mentally ready. Making the appt was a piece of cake. Staff was very personable. Dr.Prunner answered all my questions and explained extensively what my options were. The extraction was smooth and successful. I was in and out in no time. He even called the day after to check in and see how i was doing. Ever since my sx, my husband has been seen by this practice two more times and the services have been very consistent. I make it a point to say hello to Luis every single time because he is very patient, skilled and supportive. This practice is very lucky to have him.

Great experience with extraction of three wisdom teeth. Dr Pruner is personable, provides info about procedure and answers questions, is technically skilled and competent. The staff is also supportive. Procedure went flawlessly - good local anesthesia, quick and uncomplicated extractions. No post-op issues. Transparent pricing and clear on what was covered by insurance and what I would pay. Was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Pruner called after the surgery to check in. Recommend them.
